SUBJECT: EXPLANATION CUM-PERSONAL HEARING.

With reference to the subject cited above.
The undersigned has paid surprised visit of your school on 28.09.2020. During visit you and your class students were found without mask. Wearing of Mask is compulsory in COVID-19 SOPs for students and teachers according to the instructions issued by the School Education Department, Govt. of the Punjab, but no compliance found. It shows your non serious and non-professional attitude regarding implementation on COVID-19 SOPs.
It is equivalent to your in-efficiency and raises question mark on your professional capabilities. Therefore, you are directed to appear before the undersigned along with solid proof in your defense on 28.09.2020 at 03:300pm to explain your position that why you failed to perform efficiently. Failing which it shall be presumed that you have no defense to offer and further action will be taken against you under Rules.
