3. No Enquiry , No Demand , No Audit Para etc Certificates C/S by DEO Concerned
4. Entire Service Record / CV
5. Education Certificates
6. Attested Copy of CNIC
7. Attested Copy of 1^st Appointment Letter / Order along with Joining Report
8. Transfer Orders (If any)
9. PERs upto 31-12-2018
10. Result of Last 4 years upto 2018
