After the suspension of Mr. Rana Abdul Qayyum Khan Focal Person SIS Punjab , School Education Department make a scrutiny Committee to verify, Correction and Updation of Teachers record on SIS (School Education Department) and HRMIS (Human Resource Management System) of SED Punjab. This Committee will work at District Level in Punjab and constitute on the Following members.

1. Chief Executive Officer Convener
2. Deputy Director (B&P) Member
3. Assistant Director (Admin) Member

More the Committee is also responsible to work between 13.4.2023 to 30.04.2023.




The Committee will work on Following TORs.

TOR’s

I. Identify required correction/rectification and updation on SIS & SED-HRMIS ( Human Resource Management System ) as per provided documents and records by the concerned teacher.
II. Review and verify the accuracy of record/data contained as per available of official documents/records.
III. The committee is responsible to provide supporting/official documents and records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
IV. The committee also get undertaking on stamp paper from the concerned teacher. where required.

Subject:- CONSTITUTE THE SCRUTINY COMMITTEE REGARDING DATA RECORDS ON SIS & SED-HRMIS

I am directed to inform that the Competent Authority has desired to resolve the Issues regarding data corrections / rectification and updation of teachers records on School Information System (S1S) and SED-HRMIS on the basis of supporting documents In this regard, you are hereby directed to constitute scrutiny committee at district level consisting of following members;

2. Deputy Director (B&P) Member
3. Assistant Director (Admin) Member

Moreover, the committee will commence their work from 13.04.2023 to 30 04.2023 and &so submit report regarding correction of data records of teachers on 03 05 2023 to School Education Department The committee work on the following TORS.

I. Identify required correction/rectification and updation on SIS & SED-HRMIS as per provided documents and records by the concerned teacher.
II. Review and verify the accuracy of record/data contained as per available of official documents/records.
III. The committee is responsible to provide supporting/official documents and records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
IV. The committee also get undertaking on stamp paper from the concerned teacher. where required.
