Whereas, the undersigned, Chief Executive Officer (District Education Authority), Rahim Yar Khan, visited Government Girls High School, Abu Dhabi Colony No. 1, Rahim Yar Khan, on 19-08-2026 and during the course of the visit, it was observed that you were not present at your place of duty but present on attendance register.
You are completely ignore the instruction given by the worthy Secretary School Education Department and the undersigned, security cameras were out order, washroom of the headmistress was not fuctional, plots / lawns were out of grass, classroom cleanness were not good, computer lab AC was out of order, no plantation was found in school.
Your absence from the school during the official visit has been viewed seriously and raises questions regarding your attendance and devotion to duty. You are, therefore, hereby called upon to explain the reasons/circumstances under which you remained absent from your place of duty at the time of the visit.
You are directed to submit your written explanation in person to the undersigned within 04 day of receipt of this notice. In case no explanation is received within the stipulated period, or the explanation furnished is found unsatisfactory, necessary action shall be recommended to the higher authorities against you under the relevant rules without any further notice.
