Rahim Yar Khan, August 20, 2026: The District Education Authority (DEA), Rahim Yar Khan, has suspended an SST/Incharge Headmistress of Government Girls High Secondary School Dari Ali Akbar Sanghi, Rahim Yar Khan, following an inspection conducted at the institution on August 19, 2026.
According to the suspension order issued by the Office of the Chief Executive Officer (DEA), Rahim Yar Khan, the Headmistress was found absent from duty during the inspection without prior permission or lawful justification.
The inspection also revealed unsatisfactory cleanliness and sanitation conditions at the school. The school premises were reportedly littered with garbage, while the required standards of cleanliness and hygiene were not being maintained.
The authority stated that the conduct of the SST/Incharge Headmistress prima facie amounted to negligence, dereliction of duty and failure to discharge the responsibilities entrusted to her as Head of the institution.
In view of the circumstances, the Chief Executive Officer (DEA), Rahim Yar Khan, ordered her suspension with immediate effect, pending further proceedings under the relevant rules.
During the period of suspension, the official will remain attached with the office of the concerned authority and will not leave the station without prior permission from the competent authority.
The suspension order has been circulated to the concerned education and accounts authorities for information and necessary record.

SUSPENSION ORDER
Whereas, the undersigned, Chief Executive Officer (DEA), Rahim Yar Khan, personally visited Government Girls High Secondary School Dari Ali Akbar Sanghi Rahim Yar Khan on 19-08-2026 and inspected the school premises and the attendance position of the staff.
And whereas, during the course of the said inspection, Mst. Sadia Nighat, SST/Incharge Headmistress, Government Girls High Secondary School Dari Ali Akbar Sanghi Rahim Yar Khan, was found absent from her duty without any prior permission or lawful justification.
And whereas, during the inspection, the overall cleanliness and sanitary condition of the school was found highly unsatisfactory. The school premises were observed to be littered with garbage and the required standard of cleanliness and hygiene was not being maintained, reflecting negligence and lack of proper supervision on the part of the Incharge Headmistress.
And whereas, the aforesaid conduct on the part of Mst. Sadia Nighat, SST/Incharge Headmistress, prima facie amounts to negligence, dereliction of duty and failure to discharge the responsibilities entrusted to her as Incharge Head of the institution.
Therefore, in view of the above circumstances and in exercise of the powers vested in the undersigned, Mst. Sadia Nighat, SST/Incharge Headmistress, Government Girls High Secondary School Dari Ali Akbar Sanghi Rahim Yar Khan, is hereby placed under suspension with immediate effect, pending further proceedings under the relevant rules.
During the period of suspension, she shall remain attached with the office of the concerned authority and shall not leave the station without prior permission of the competent authority.
