Subject: VERIFICATION OF B-FORM FROM THROUGH NADRA
Kindly refer to the subject cited above
2. In the public school of Punjab up till now 91 30% B-form numbers of enrolled students have been entered in School Information System (SIS).
3. It is to inform you that B-form numbers of students entered in the School, Information System (SIS) will be verified through NADRA In this regard. you are requested to ensure correct entry of the following indicators of B-form numbers of students in SIS.
• Student B-form number.
• Student name
• Student date of birth
• Student Gender
• Father name and CNIC Number.
• Guardian name and CNIC number.
Also it has come into notice that more than 80.000 students are enrolled with the teacher CNIC to avoid any inconvenience make sure to verify and correct all indicators till 30-11-2021.
Necessary action may be taken accordingly. please
