SUBJECT: COLLECTION OF DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE REGARDING VACCINATION OF STUDENTS AND STAFF OF PUBLIC & PRIVATE SCHOOLS

2. I am directed to state that the respective CEO (DEA) shall ensure collection of documentary evidence regarding vaccination of staff (teaching & non-teaching) and students (public & private schools) in Punjab through focal persons I heads of schools within 03 days positively. You are further requested to bring along the collected certificates / documentary evidences, for submission to the undersigned during attendance of forthcoming meeting of CEOs.
