c ) Effective Monitoring through EDOs and other allied staff must be ensured so that the tendency of keeping the students away from the Labs may be discouraged.
d) IT Teachers must not be assigned to teach other subjects in the schools at the any cost, this will be considered as a deliberate act to keep labs closed during the school timing. The contractual obligation of IT Teacher is to remain in Computer Lab even at free time to ensure students can visit and use the facility.
e ) EDO’s / DEO SE at district level mau be directed to ensure that each school in their respectful jurisdiction is visited by them fortnightly and a report regarding utilization is submitted to the school Education DEpartment on monthly basis.
f ) Vendor Company has been instructed to install special Softwares on the Computers in IT Labs to keep an eye on the nature of work being done. The software will automatically generate log reports of the daily work carried out on that computer and transmit it to the Project Directorate Lahore.
