If any student can not join any school in his/her life than , did PEC allow them for exam Grade VIII or Grade V.

Because there is no clear guide lines regarding this available on Web of PEC.

In Punjab 80% Clusters allow candidates without any certificate.

Is PEC defining any basic qualification requirement for these Exams (Grade V and Grade VIII).

Now PEC says that register Maximum students , No need for registration for any Private Schools from EDO Edu. Office.

 After a few days we receive a reply from Assistant Director IT Punjab Examination Commission Lahore ,

contact with your EDO (EDU) Office…
