رواں برس حج سیزن کے دوران 2 لاکھ 38 ہزار سے زائد حجاج و زائرین نے ویل اور الیکٹریکل چیئرز کے علاوہ دیگر خدمات سے استفادہ کیا جن میں گالف کارٹس بھی شامل تھیں۔
سعودی خبررساں ایجنسی ’ایس پی اے‘ کے مطابق ادارہ امور حرمین شریفین کی جانب سے حج سیزن کے دوران عازمین و زائرین کی سہولت کےلیے مسجد الحرام کے بیرونی صحنوں میں عمرہ کرنے کے بعد بال کاٹنے کے لیے فراہم کی جانے والی ’تحلل‘ کی سہولت سے بھی بڑی تعداد میں لوگ مستفیض ہوئے۔
ادارہ حرمین شریفین نے مسجد الحرام کے بیرونی صحنوں میں مختلف مقامات پر ’تحلل‘ کے لیے 12 متحرک یونٹس فراہم کیے تھے جہاں تربیت یافتہ حجاموں کو تعینات کیا گیا تھا۔
عمرہ کے بعد بال کاٹنے کے لیے مفت بکنگ کی سہولت ’نسک‘ پورٹل پر فراہم کی گئی تھی تاکہ باری آنے پر بال کاٹنے کے لیے قطار میں کھڑے ہوئے بغیر مقررہ مقام پر پہنچ سکیں۔
ادارہ حرمین کا مزید کہنا تھا کہ مسجد الحرام میں زائرین کی سہولت کے لیے 4 سو الیکٹریکل ویل چیئرز جبکہ 8 ہزار سادی ویل چیئرز فراہم کی گئی ۔
مسجد الحرام کی انتظامیہ نے طواف و سعی کے لیے ویل چیئرز کے لیے جدا ٹریک مخصوص کیے تاکہ غیرضروری ازدحام نہ ہو اور زائرین آرام سے عمرہ مکمل کرسکیں۔
واضح رہے عمرہ ادا کرنے کے بعد احرام کی پابندیوں سے آزاد ہونے کےلیے بال کاٹے جاتے ہیں ، مردوں کے لیے افضل ہے کہ وہ سر منڈوائیں تاہم بال چھوٹے بھی کرائے جاسکتے ہیں جبکہ خواتین کے لیے احرام کی پابندیوں سے آزاد ہونے کےلیے دو انچ کے قریب بال کاٹے جاتے ہیں۔
عمرہ کے بعد احرام کی پابندیوں سے آزاد ہونے کے لیے بال کاٹنے کے عمل کو عربی میں ’تحلل‘ کہا جاتا ہے اس حوالے حرمین کی انتظامیہ نے بال کاٹنے کے لیے مسجد الحرام کے بیرونی صحنوں میں 12 متحرک یونٹس فراہم کیے ہیں جنہیں ’تحلل‘ یونٹس کا نام دیا گیا ہے۔
