A notification regarding the 2016 Delegation of Powers Rules has been published by the Punjab government’s Finance Department. Following Governor Punjab’s approval, this notification will go into effect right away. Observing modifications to these regulations.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 48 of The Punjab Public Financial Management Act, 2022 (XXXVII of 2022), Governor of the Punjab is pleased to make the following amendment in the Punjab Delegation of Financial Powers Rules, 2016, Second Schedule, Pan-1, Sr. No.10: –

1. The Chairman, Planning & Development Board, Punjab, Lahore.
2. The Principal Secretary to Governor, Punjab, Lahore.
3. The Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Punjab, Lahore.
4. All Administrative Secretaries to the Government of the Punjab.
5. The PS to Staff Officer to the Chief Secretary, Punjab, Lahore.
6. All Heads of Attached Departments, Govt. of the Punjab.
7. The Managing Director, PPRA, 3rd Floor, Al-Flah Building, the Mall, Lahore.
8. The Registrar, Lahore High Court. Lahore.
9. All Commissions of Divisions in the Punjab.
10. All Deputy Commissioners in the Punjab.
11. All District & Sessions Judges in the Punjab.
12. System Analyst, Government of the Punjab, Finance Department for posting the notification on the Web Page of the Finance Department.
13. Superintendent, Government Printing Press, Lahore for gazette notification.
