Subject: SHOW CAUSE NOTICE UNDER SECTION 5(1)(A) READ WITH SECTION 7(B) OF THE PEEDA ACT 2006
WHEREAS, the undersigned has been surprised visit on 12.08.2022 of your school, but you were found absent from her duty since 04.08.2022 to onward, without any intimation or approval of the competent authority which amount guilt of “MIS-CONDUCT, INEFFICIENCY”.
NOW THEREFORE, you are hereby once again called upon to show cause in writing on mentioned below date as to why one or more penalties as prescribed in contract policy upon you.
Your reply to the show cause notice should reach the undersigned on fixed date of hearing, failing which it shall be presumed that you have no defense to offer.
In case you desire to consult any record, on which the aforesaid charges are based or is relevant to the aforesaid charges, you may do so with prior arrangement with the undersigned within one day of the receipt of this notice.
You are also provided an opportunity of personal hearing on 13.08.2022 at 02:00 PM with the direction to appear before the undersigned for submission of your written defense with defensive documents / proves.
