Clerk is Responsible for Anti-Dengue Activity in Schools
For Anti Dengue Activity Clerk is responsible in Schools where Clerk is available. Our Correspondent in Kasur and Contact with Chief Executive Office District Education Authority , reported that the policy of Anti-Dengue Activity give responsibility to Clerks in Schools. The Officials in Education Secretariat says that Clerks and Head Teachers are Non Vacational Staff of Punjab Government, So Primary responsibility of Anti Dengue Activity on Clerk in Schools. So all Heads must assigned this responsibility to School Clerks where Clerk is available. Our Correspondent in Lahore contact with School Education Secretariat and Confirmed that the step taken against the Clerks in Kasur is according to Policy of Anti Dengue Activity. But He also reported that where Clerk is not available than Head Teachers / Teacher will do this assignment and also take the Conveyance Allowance.
Due to Non Compliance in District Kasur, Chief Executive Officer District Education Authority suspended the clerks due to dormancy of Anti Dengue Activity. The Names of Suspended Clerks are :
- Rizwan Aslam Junior Clerk GGHS Rasool Pur Chak No.5 Tehsil Chunian
- Abu Bakar Junior Clerk GGHS Niaz Baig Chak No.42 Tehsil Pattoki
ORDER
On account of being 4-days continuous Dengue dormant users, the services of the following Junior Clerks are hereby placed under suspension with immediate effect. However they are allowed to draw their subsistence allowance as admissible under the rules.
