SUBJECT: DISBURSEMENT OF CONVEYANCE ALLOWANCE TO SCHOOL DENGUE FOCAL Person during Vacations

As per direction issued from School Education Department, Govt. of the Punjab, Lahore that dengue activities have to be performed on daily basis even during vacation / holidays period in all school promises by designated dengue Focal Persons through dengue android app.

Therefore, in view of above, designated school dengue Focal Persons are hereby allowed to grant conveyance allowance during vacation after fulfilling codal formalities. DDOs are directed to submit conveyance allowance claims to District Accounts Officer Jhang after verification of duty period during vacation period.

Note: Conveyance allowance will be admissible for one designated person only.
