Visit of Schools to Monitor Teaching of Holy Quran
Mr. DR. Ehtsham Anwar Secretary School South Punjab deputed seperate officers for each District to Monitor the situation of period of Holy Quran Majeed in Public and Private Schools. During this visit these team will insure the following things in Schools.
a) Checking overall condition of Schools.
b) Development related schemes in Schools.
C) Teacher’s attendance , cleanliness of Schools and availability of Clean water.
d) Functionality of Computer Lab. Where available.
The basic purpose of Holy Quran is to give Islamic knowledge to students from pre Classes in all over Pakistan, Government of Pakistan want to start the Learning Process of Quran-e-Pak in Students. The Government of Pakistan passed the Holy Quran Pak Act in 2018.So that the good effect of Islam must be on life of Muslims. So Government try to give this assignment to best teachers for Teaching of Holy Quran.
Main purpose of these Officers are to monitor the situation of Quran pak period in schools as separate Subject in Schools.

I am directed to refer to the subject coed above and to intimate that the Competent Authority has desired that the deputed officers of School Education Department shall conduct frequent visits of schools (public / private) in each allocated district in connection with observance of SOPs/instructions regarding teaching of Holy Quran as a separate subject and allocation of a separate period for the same.
