Subject: DISCOURAGEMENT OF UNNECESSARY LEAVE OF TEACHING STAFF & PREPARATION OF STUDENTS FOR UPCOMING EXAMINATIONS.

It is intimated that as per instruction received from School Education Department Govt. of the Punjab Lahore vide No.S0(A-1) 1-31/2008 dated 19.01.2022 the Academic Session for the year 201-22 has been extended from 31 March 2022 to 31st May 2022 and next Academic Session shall start w.e.f. 01.08.2022 to 31.03.2023.
Foregoing in view, you are directed to circulate necessary instruction/ directions among all officers/head of schools to ensure maximum presence of teaching staff in their respective schools and to discourage grant of un-necessary leaves to them so that they can pay their full attention for preparation of the students in the upcoming examinations

Today Chief Executive Officer District Education Authority take one more decision against the basic human right of Teachers. By this action Chief Executive Officer shall enter the the Teacher forcefully in the class room. But due to this decision negative consequences will come in form of result the education standard badly affect inside the school. Teacher are Human beings and live in this society , they have different kind of emergencies. This ind of letters effect the education standard as well the tension is created among the Management of School and Teachers.
Peace of mind is required to teach any teacher. Imprisoning the teacher in this way will adversely affect the academic results of the schools. The teacher will enter the classroom but he will not teach the children wholeheartedly. Especially up to the eighth grade the education system will be affected. SST teachers are already working hard. The main reason for this is the way boards take exams. In which the children of each school are spread over six to seven centers in the cities. And then roll numbers are issued in the center on the pretext that at least ten children from other schools are taking exams between two children of one school.
کسی بھی استاد کو پڑھانے کے لئے ذہینی سکون کی ضرورت ہوتی ہے۔ اس طرح استاد کو قید کرنے سے سکولوں کے تعلیمی نتائج بری طرح متاثر ہوں گے۔ استاد کلاس روم میں داخل تو ہو جائے گا لیکن وہ بچوں کو دل سے نہیں پڑھائے گا۔خاص کر اٹھویں کلاس تک ایجوکیشن سسٹم متاثر ہو گا۔ ایس ایس ٹی اساتذہ تو پہلے ہی ذیادہ محنت سے پڑھا رہے ہیں ۔ اس کی بڑی وجہ بورڈز کا امتحان لینے کا طریقہ کار ہے۔ جس میں ہر سکول کے بچے شہروں میں چھ سے سات سنٹرز پر پھیلا دئے جاتے ہیں ۔ اور پھر سنٹر میں رول نمبر اس ظرح جاری کئے جاتے ہیں کہ ایک سکول کے دو بچوں کے درمیان دوسرے سکولوں کے کم سے کم دس بچے امتحان دے رہے ہوتے ہیں۔
