Subject:- DATA CORRECTION ON SIS
Reference on the subject cited above and cases received through different CEOs.
2. It is to inform you that through this Directorate Memo No
P.A/Dur(A&G)/753 dated 10.02.2022, all CEOs (DEA) were provided access to make correction in data, Addition of SNE post. etc.
3. Despite issuance of clear guidelines and having access the CEOs are sending requests/ cases, which is not appreciated at all.
4. Please go through the contents of above referred letter and if there is still any problem being faced by you in operating the system that may be shared only otherwise avoid un-necessary correspondence
5. Again mentioned if there is any problem you may face share it with this Directorate.

School Education Department already issue a letter regarding the SIS data Correction by the all authorities. In that letter it was clear tha the Chief Executive Officers District Education Authorities have rights to update the posts according to SNE of each DDO Power. But letters regarding guidelines continuesly recieved from different districts.
