SUBJECT:- MINUTES OF MEETING FOR DISTRICT’S ANTI-DENGUE FOCAL PERSONS REGARDING DISCUSSION ON ANTI-DENGUE ISSUES / DORMANT USERS

iv) Deputy Director (Monitoring), School Education Department
v) Mr. Muneeb Ahmad, Programme Officer, (Dengue Focal Person), PITB
vi) All the District Anti-dengue Focal Persons in Punjab.
1. A meeting was held with District’s anti-dengue Focal Persons to discuss anti-dengue issues especially dormant users.
2. The meeting started with the recitation of the Holy Quran. The chair welcomed the participants of the meeting. The chair highlighted the present situation regarding dormant users and sensitized the focal persons about the role of the registered android users. The chair also directed focal persons to meet the challenges of the dengue with great zeal.
3. Upon permission from the Chair, representative from PITB, briefed the participants and replied to the queries raised by the focal persons.

The Chair directed that anti-dengue activities must be carried out in all the schools in Punjab as per anti-dengue SOPs

Dormancy of the
District users
Dormancy of districts D.G.Khan and Khanewal was observed very high. The chair directed to both the district’s focal persons to take immediate steps to overcome the dormancy. Furthermore, there should be no dormant user in any district.

No Decline in
registered users
It was directed by the Chair that there should be no decline in registered users at any cost.

No Fake Anti-
Dengue Activities
No fake / irrelevant snap/ activity shall be uploaded on Dengue Dashboard. Otherwise concerned CEO(DEA) / District anti-dengue focal person will be held responsible and action will be taken accordingly

Weekly Anti-
Dengue SOPs Compliance certificate
The Chair directed that focal persons shall continue to submit Anti-Dengue SOPs compliance certificate on weekly basis through email at
dengue.ddm.cmmf@gmail.com by each Monday till 02:00 pm without fail.

Communication of Anti-Dengue
related issues
The Chair directed that all the queries regarding Dengue issues in district must be complied by the concerned Dengue Focal person and will send through e-mail to DD(M) office at dengue.ddm.cmmf@gmail.com
Individual issue sent by the schools will not be entertained by PITB & DD(M) office.
