TERMS OF REFERENCES:
1. Each tehsil will comprise of three internal audit teams which will conduct the internal audit accordingly to the instruction passed by the Worthy Additional Director (Secondary Education) Bahawalpur Division Bahawalpur and the undersigned. The Teams will submit the report according to the proforma already given within stipulated time.
2. Each team will observe all the matters and issues prescribed in the proforma.
3. In case of any difficulty and query, the teams will contact the focal person, Mr. Shahid Saleem, SHM, GHS Chak No. 109/1-L Tehsil Khanpur District Rahim Yar Khan.
