Subject INITIATION OF ACR’s/PERs BY RESPECTIVE REPORTING
OFFICER & COUNTERSIGNING OFFICER
Apropos to the subject.
2. As you are well aware that School Education Department has sought online PERs / ACRs for the year 2021 through HRMIS. The process for reporting on PERs / ACRs has been started. All reporting officers are hereby requested to initiate the online PERs / ACRs through your login / password on HRMIS portal
3. According to data available on HRMIS, dated 17-01-2022 about 345,955 teacher have submitted their online PERs/ ACRs, about 436,098 PERs / ACRs forms have been submitted for reporting and countersigning officer. For your support a complete user manual is also being shared for smooth functioning / working.
4. The portal has been opened for initiation of PERs/ACRs from 11-01-2022 to 28-02-2022. After 28th February 2022 no further extension will be made. The Reporting Officer & Countersigning Officers are requested to
ensure reporting on prescribed time limit.
