Kindly refer to your office letter No.3528 dated 10-08-2021 on the subject cited above.
It is submitted that vide PMIU letter No.PMIU/FCDO/Clarification/2020/22380 dated 17-05-2021 in which undersigned is directed that you may complete the procurement of lots regarding library books under R&R libraries and infrastructure Development and Rehabilitation of 10-model schools components under the approved threshold and technical specification as mentioned in the bidding documents through School Councils as per rule.
Therefore, you are requested to procure/purchase remaining library books under R&R Libraries & infrastructure Development and Rehabilitation of 10-model schools lot wise under the approved threshold and technical specification through School Councils as per rule.
