Increase in Utility Allowance of Employees of Multan Board
سیکرٹری بورڈ اف انٹر میڈیٹ اینڈ سیکنڈری ایجوکیشن ملتان نے ایک نوٹیفیکیشن کے ذریعے ملتان بورڈ میں کام کرنے والے تمام ملازمین کا یوٹیلیٹی الاونس بڑھا دیا ہے ۔اس میں پنجاب بورڈز چیرمین کمیٹی کی میٹنگ کا حوالہ دیا گیا ہے۔ ان تمام ملازمین کو یوٹیلٹیٹی الوانس یکم جولائی سے اضافہ کے ساتھ ملے گا۔
NOTIFICATION
It is notified for the Information of all concerned that on the recommendations of Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen (PBCC) dated 9.04.2021 vide Item No.06 of Its proceedings the matter has regarding grant of Utility Allowance to the employees of the Board was presented before the boards, in its 359th meeting held on 02.07.2021 vide item No 08. Whereupon it was decided to defer the matter till the final approval of the Controlling Authority of the Boards
The minutes of the Board dated 02.07.2021 along with item No.08 mentioned supra, were sent to the Controlling Authority / Higher Education Department, Govt. of the Punjab. Lahore for approval. Whereas, the Controlling Authority, Higher Education Department , Govt of the Punjab, Lahore vides its letter No. SO (Boards) 6-5/2018 dated 07.07.2021 IIAS approved the matter. The Contents of the letter is reproduced below:
Minutes of BOG meeting, dated 02-7-2021 were perused and examined, All the reported decision of the BOG are in line with the decision take therein. Therefore , the minutes stand approved including agenda item No.8 which was differed earlier.
Therefore, the Utility Allowance to the Employees (Except Deputationists ) of the Board, has been allowed in the light of the above direction of the Controlling Authority as per following rates in accordance with the Notification No, FD.SR.1,9-14/2009 dated 07.05.2019 and 27.12.2019 respectively of the Finance Department, Govt of the Punjab. Lahore w.e.f. 01.07.2021.
