Subject: ENTRIES OF B-FORM NUMBER OF CHILDREN IN CENSUS DATA

In continuation of this Directorate letter No. PA/DIR(ADNIN-M)l 8157 dated 26.11.2020 on the subject noted above.

2. It has come to the notice of Authority that issuance of FORM-B from NADRA is under process in number of cases. In view of the position the date of completion of task is hereby extended to 16.12.2020.

3. You are hereby directed to complete this data within given date. Your efforts in this regard will highly be appreciated.

Note : School Education Department already issued instructions that Head Teacher is not responsible for B-Form Collection and entries in TAB. In School relevant Class Teacher(Incharge) is responsible for whole Process of this assignment with letter no.  PA/DIR/ADMN-M/2697 issued on dated : 22-10-2020.
