2- No TA/DA is allowed as the transfer has been made on the written request of the concerned official.
3- No erratic posting is allowed otherwise the transfer order of the official will be treated as cancelled.
4- The concerned joining authority and DDO’s are responsible to verify their service record and testimonials before joining otherwise they will be held personally responsible for any adverse consequences.
5- The joining authorities and DDO’s are responsible to verify that vacancy is not involved in any court of law.
6- The order will be implemented after verification of appointment orders of the incumbents mentioned above.
