As per direction by the Worthy Secretary School Education Department Punjab Lahore vide No. SO(A-I)1-31/2008 dated 04.09.2020, the following District lever Committees for Secondary a Higher Secondary Schools are hereby constituted to Monitor and Inspection regarding implementation of guide lines/SOPs for Anti Dengue activities and COVID-19 virus before and after Re-opening of Schools in Division Bahawalpur.

The District Education Officers (SE) shall monitor all schools (Public Et Private) which fall under the direct or indirect their control/supervision before and after re-opining of schools regarding COVID-19 and Dengue virus activities. They will be responsible for proper implementation of SOPs before and after opining schools. The DEOs (SE) shall consolidated inspection report of concerned schools in District and to submit this office for onward transmission to DPI (SE) Punjab Lahore.
Mr. Aziz Ahmad Qureshi Additional Director (G) (Mobile No. 03006837230) of this office will be Focal Person at Divisional Level who will coordinate and liaison with all District Committee for the proper implementation of SOPs with letter and spirit, onward transmission to the concerned authorities.
