ZULFIQAR AHMAD GHUMAN (PMS (ex-PCS)/BS-20), Secretary to Government of the Punjab, Higher Education Department is hereby transferred, with immediate effect and posted as Commissioner, Lahore Division, Lahore, in his own pay & scale, against a vacant post, relieving Mr. Danish Afzal (PAS/BS-19), Deputy Commissioner, Lahore, of additional charge of the post.
MR. MUHAMMAD NAEEM GHAUS (PMS (ex-PSS)/BS-20), Special Secretary, Higher Education Department, Government of the Punjab is hereby entrusted the additional charge of the post of Secretary to Government of the Punjab, Higher Education Department, in addition to his own duties and till the posting of a regular incumbent.
