Subject: GUIDANCE REGARDING REGULARIZATION OF SERVICES OF SSE(CS) APPOINTED UNDER RECRUITMENT POLICY 2008-2009

I am directed to refer to your letter No 140/E-I dated 08.01,2020 on the subject cited above
2. I am further directed to clarify that only those educators were to be regularized under notification dated 19.10.2009 who had the requisite qualification for the post. Those who acquired it after 19.10.2009 will be regularized w.e.f the date from which they acquired it.
