SUBJECT: FAMILY PENSION TO THE WIDOW DAUGHTER
Please refer to your letter No.Pension.1(Coord)8518 Dated 02. November, 2015 on the subject noted above.
2. It is informed that earlier letter of your office bearing No.Pension.1 (Coord)CD-2518-20 dated 23.09.2014 was responded vide this Department’s letter of even number dated 10.12.2014 (copy enclosed).
3. As regard further issues, the case has been examined and it is decided as follows:-

The Family pension will only be admissible to those who are mentioned in Rule 4.10 of Pension Rules. The ‘family” shown under Rule 4.7 and 4.8(d) of The Punjab Civil Services Pension Rules is restricted to “gratuity” only. |
