Thorough Inspection of School Premises:
At closing time, the Head of Institution must ensure that all areas of the school—including classrooms, washrooms, laboratories, libraries, and playgrounds—are properly checked to confirm that no student is left behind.
Dedicated Staff Monitoring:
A teacher or staff member will be assigned daily on a rotational basis to supervise student departure and ensure that all students leave the school safely.
Mandatory Staff Presence:
The assigned staff member must remain on campus until it is fully verified that all students have safely exited the premises.
Accountability of School Heads:
The Head of Institution will be held personally responsible for the strict implementation of these safety protocols.
Strict Compliance Required:
All Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) and District Education Authorities (DEAs) have been directed to immediately circulate these instructions to school heads under their jurisdiction. Authorities have also been instructed to ensure strict monitoring and compliance.
The department has warned that any negligence in implementing these safety measures will be taken seriously. Schools are required to submit a compliance report within 24 hours.

لاہور (نمائندہ خصوصی): حکومت پنجاب کے محکمہ تعلیم نے اسکولوں میں طلبہ کی حفاظت کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے اہم ہدایات جاری کر دی ہیں۔ یہ احکامات 19 اپریل 2026 کو جاری کیے گئے، جن میں اسکول بند ہونے کے وقت طلبہ کی سیکیورٹی کو اولین ترجیح دینے پر زور دیا گیا ہے۔

محکمہ تعلیم کے مطابق بعض اوقات طلبہ اسکول کے اوقات ختم ہونے کے بعد بھی اسکول کے احاطے میں بغیر نگرانی کے رہ جاتے ہیں، جو کہ ایک سنگین حفاظتی خطرہ بن سکتا ہے۔

اہم ہدایات برائے اسکول انتظامیہ

• اسکول کی چھٹی کے وقت تمام کلاس رومز، لیبارٹریز، لائبریری، واش رومز اور کھیل کے میدانوں کی مکمل تلاشی لی جائے۔
• روزانہ کی بنیاد پر ایک استاد یا اسٹاف ممبر کو ذمہ داری دی جائے جو تمام طلبہ کی محفوظ روانگی یقینی بنائے۔
• مقرر کردہ استاد اس وقت تک اسکول نہیں چھوڑے گا جب تک تمام طلبہ کے جانے کی تصدیق نہ ہو جائے۔
• ادارے کا سربراہ ان ہدایات پر مکمل عمل درآمد کا ذاتی طور پر ذمہ دار ہوگا۔

سخت مانیٹرنگ اور رپورٹ جمع کرانے کی ہدایت

محکمہ تعلیم نے تمام متعلقہ افسران کو ہدایت کی ہے کہ وہ ان احکامات کو فوری طور پر تمام اسکولوں تک پہنچائیں اور ان پر سختی سے عملدرآمد یقینی بنائیں۔ کسی بھی قسم کی غفلت کو سنجیدگی سے لیا جائے گا۔

مزید برآں، عملدرآمد کی رپورٹ 24 گھنٹوں کے اندر محکمہ کو جمع کرانا لازمی قرار دیا گیا ہے۔
