Subject: Financial Guidelines for Payment of Remuneration to Exam Supervisory and Paper marking Staff for PEC Exam 2019

PEC has already given the cheque to the district’s representative and the amount has been transferred in the bank account of the district for payment of remuneration of supervisory, paper marking. Registration, result data entry. Monitoring, transportation administrative charges of Grades V and VIII Examination, 2019. ‘The amount shall be disbursed to officials who have performed examination duty during PEC Exams, 2019 for Grade 5 and Grade 8 as per details attached in the form of booklet. The booklet contains chapter wise details of amounts to be paid to officials who actually perform duties in various spheres during the entire cycle of conduct of PEC Exams 2019 (registration to result compilation). The booklet will form a basis of preparation of vouched accounts.
It is requested that the payment of remuneration to exam supervisory, paper marking, monitoring, registration and result entry staff be released immediately after observing all codal formalities and in strict adherence to the financial guidelines provided by PEC.
