SUBJECT :  CLARIFICATION REGARDING THE PAYMENT OF PENSION TO DIVORCED DAUGHTER 

Please refer to the subject noted above. 

2.       The reply of finance Department tendered vide Para-2(Sr.04) of this Department Letter of even number dated 13-04-2016 may be substituted and read as under :

“The family of family pension to a widowed/divorced daughter is linked with following two conditions”.

(i) that the widowed/divorced daughter does not marry

AND

(ii) that she has no regular source of income . However , it does not matter whether her children are adult or otherwise
