PECTAA Grade 5 Registration for Annual exams 2027

The Punjab Education, Curriculum, Training and Assessment Authority (PECTAA) has officially announced the registration process for Grade 5 students appearing in the Annual Assessment 2026-27 through the Item Bank System (IBS) (PECTAA Grade 5 Registration). According to the notification issued on June 10, 2026, all public schools across Punjab are required to complete student registration within the prescribed timeline using official school login credentials on the IBS portal.

Subject: REGISTRATION OF GRADE 5 STUDENTS FOR ANNUAL ASSESSMENT 2026-27 THROUGH ITEM BANK SYSTEM (IBS)

Consequent upon the approval of the Competent Authority, it is hereby notified for information of all concerned that registration of Grade 5 students for Annual Assessment 2026-27 will be proceeded / completed through Item Bank System (IBS). The CEOs (DEAs) are requested to ensure that all public schools across Punjab complete the registration of Grade 5 students within the given timeline using official school login credentials on IBS.

2. Registration Schedule

• Start Date: June 25, 2026

• Last Date: August 08, 2026

3. Instructions

I. Heads of Institutions ensure that the Date of Birth (D.O.B.) entered in the Online Enrollment Form is correct and matches the official record.

II. Any discrepancy in the Date of Birth will be the responsibility of the Head of Institution.

III. Requests regarding Age Correction shall be processed strictly in accordance with the rules and regulations of PECTAA.

IV. Heads of Institutions shall ensure the registration within the due date.

V. Institutions must upload recent passport size photograph of the candidates with white background.
