The School Education Department Punjab has issued an official suspension order dated 16 October 2026 against Mr. Akhtar Ali Khan (BS-18), Chief Executive Officer (CEO), District Education Authority (DEA) Gujrat. The order, No. SO(ENQ-II)1-14/2026, places his services under suspension with immediate effect under Section 6 of the PEEDA Act, 2006. He has been relieved of his duties and directed to report to the School Education Department. No. SO(ENQ-II)1-14/2026, The services of Mr. Akhtar Ali Khan (BS-18), Chief Executive Officer, District Education Authority, Gujrat are hereby placed under suspension in terms of Section 6 of the PEEDA Act, 2006, with immediate effect. He stands relieved from his duties forthwith and directed to report to School Education Department.
