Concern DEO Provide the Certificate for zero Pendency of Leave Encashment to District Education Authority. So at end of June 30,2023 , No case will be pending. So all Concerned District Education Officers expedite this process as soon as possible.

Leave Encashment

It is stated that total 599 of cases of leave encashment have been received in this office for release of Budget but it has come to the notice of the undersigned that a lot of cases are still in pipeline as pending in your offices or concerned DDOs which are also required.

Therefore, you are hereby directed to expedite the matter and submit all the pending cases of leave encashment to this office retired up to 30.06.2023. Moreover, concerned DEO will provide also a Certificate regarding Zero Pendency. Meanwhile, if any case not received from the applicant, issue the directions to concern to submit his/her case up to 30.04.2023. In case of non-compliance, you held personally responsible.
