Winter and Summer Vacation Conveyance Allowance admissible to Teachers, Supreme Court of Pakistan issued orders for Conveyance allowance with reference of the Letter No. SO (E&SED)/1-5/Miscellaneous/2023 dated 02-01-2023 of the section officer (Lit-II) E&SE Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.,

Teachers from Different District have filed executive writ petition before the honorable Service Tribunal for the implementation of the cited judgement with regard to implement reimbursement of already deducted amount Conveyance allowance during summer and winter vacation from their salaries.

During the Court proceeding , the honorable Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Service Tribunal has shown sever displeasure upon non implementation of the aforementioned judgements and resultantly , the salaries of the worthy secretary and Director E& SED Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa have been attached in multiple execution petitions on account of non-Compliance of the judgement under reference.

Therefore , to avoid legal complications, it is hereby directed that formal circular / notification of to the effect of grant of conveyance allowance & reimbursement of all deducted amount may kindly be issued in view of the Judgement dated 07-07-2022 of the august Supreme Court of Pakistan on priority basis being a court matter under intimation to this directorate please.
