10. Attested copy of verification by HEC of relevant Degree.
11. Attested copy of NOC/Departmental Permission for relevant Degree.
12. Attested copy of 1st appointment order.
13. Attested copy of 1st Joining report.
14. Attested copy of regular order.
15. Attested copy of Notification regarding qualification allowance.
16. Original Degree and result card of M.A/M.Phil/Ph.D
17. Original Verification by the concerned University of M.A/M.Phil/Ph.D
18. Original verification by HEC of M.A/M.Phil/Ph.D
19. Original Degree and result card of B.Ed/M.ED/M.A Education.
