ORDER OF ENQUIRY:
Whereas the undersigned AS competent Authority under the 1.(1.1) Employees Efficiency. Discipline and Accountability Act. 2006 is of the opinion that there are sufficient grounds to proceed against Mr. Muhammad Waseem PST Govt. Primary School Maar Abad Tehsil Bahawalpur City under section 3 of the Act ibid an the charge of Misuse of social media for political posts, which is violation the order No. 1-2/22,1,dr/11137 doted 13.04.2022 passed by the Worthy Directorate of Public Instructions (PE) Punjab Lahore. I therefore. Order, Initiation of disciplinary proceedings against the accused under the Punjab Employees Efficiency. Discipline and Accountability Act, 2006, And Whereas, I consider that In the light of facts of the case and in the Interest of loathe. It is necessary to hold an enquiry. I, therefore. Appoint Dr. Abdul Rauf Sipra Deputy District Education Officer (M-EE) Tehsil Ahmadpur East as an enquiry officer to proceed against the accused in terms of section 5 read with section 9 of the Act ibid and to conduct enquiry into the charge of Misuse of social media for political posts.
The accused teacher Is directed to submit her written defence to the enquiry officer within seven days of the date of receipt of this order if she fails to submit her written defence within the prescribed period, It shall be presumed that either she has no defence to offeror she has declined for the same and she has accepted the charges.
Mr. Muhammad Shahbaz Assistant Education Officer Markaz Hamatian Tehsil Bahawalpur City is appointed as Departmental Representative in terms of Section 9 (1)(c) read with Section 12 of the Act Ibid.
In case the accused teacher desire to consult any record on which the aforesaid charges are based or Is relevant to the aforesaid charges, she may do so with prior arrangement with the undersigned or the Department Representative within 7 days of the receipt of this order.
The enquiry Officer shall submit his report and recommendations to the undersigned within prescribed period of the Initiation of enquiry In terms of Section 10(6) of the Act ibid.
