Subject: EXPLANATION / NOTICE CUM-PERSONAL HEARING
Apropos the subject cited above.
WHEREAS Anti-Dengue activities report dated 11-03-2022 was downloaded from the dashboard and analyzed minutely. Alter the deep analysis of the said report it was pointed out that following schools were found dormant.
AND WHEREAS,it was clearly instructed that all the Dengue Activities must should be completed up to 02:00 Pm daily but after repeated instructed, voice massages and SMS aforementioned heads found completely failed to conduct online dengue activity within given timeline.
NOW THEREFORE, concerned AEO’s and all the heads of aforementioned Schools are directed to explain their position in writing regarding this negligence and appeal before the undersigned for personal Hearing on 14.03.2022 at 01.00 P.M. In case of non-compliance action will be initiated under PEEDA Act-2006 against concerned.
