ORDER
No. /Admn, Govt. of the Punjab, School Education Department, Vide Notification No. SO(SE-III)5-98/2021 dated 04-11-2021 issued directions to Chief Executive Officer (DEA), Punjab that the regularization orders were to be issued “with immediate effect” instead of “with effect from” under clause 2(f) of the Punjab Regularization of Services Act 2018, reproduced as under:-
“Regularization means the appointment of an eligible contract employee on regular basis, with immediate effect, in accordance with the Act”.
In compliance to the above said directions, the date of regularization in already issued orders bearing No. 142/Admn dated 14-01-2021, No. 144/Admn dated 14-01-2021, No. 146/Admn dated 14-01-2021, No.226/Admn dated 20-01-2021, No. 335/Admn dated 30-01-2021, No.500/Admn dated 17-02-2021, No. 516/Admn dated 18-02-2021,
No. 518/Admn dated 18-02-2021, No.871/Admn dated 17-03-2021, No.1216/Admn dated 19-04-2021, No. 1218/Admn dated 19-04-2021, No.1393/Admn dated 27-04-2021, No. 1395/Admn dated 27-04-2021, No. 1718/Admn dated 12-06-2021, No.1720/Admn dated 12-06-2021, No. 1812/Admn dated 18-06-2021, No. 1814/Admn dated 18-06-2021, Na. 2117/Admn dated 23-07-2021, No. 2119/Admn dated 23-07-2021 of this office is hereby rectified/considered from the date of issuance of the above mentioned orders instead of any other date.
