Subject : Tehsil wise VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS IN E-TRANSFER PROCESS 2020

Apropos to the subject cited above
In continuation of this Directorate earlier letter of even number and dated 15 06 2020 and 19 06 2020 regarding subject captioned above.
Keeping in view the current pandemic situation of COVID-19 and maximum facilitation to our honorable teachers. The Competent Authority has desired to make E-Transfer as a door step facility. In this regard, you are hereby directed to observe following directions for documents verification regarding eTransfer.
1. Each CEO(DEA) will manage documents verification separately for male and female teachers al Tehsil level.
2. Documents verification process must be done under supervision of DEOs or Principals at least with BS-19.
3. In case of rejection of any eTransfor application, The concerned officers will inform in writing to CEO (DEA) concerned well in time for further final decision.
4 The concerned officers will also submit a report regarding documents verifications to CEO (DEA) concerned on dally bases.
5. The documents verification process must be completed in due course of time observing all SOPs regarding COVID-19 issued by Health Department, Govt. of the Punjab in letter and spirit.
