No Services Provided to Public without facemask in Punjab

ORDER

NO.S0 (G)/P&SHD/4-1/2020. WHEREAS. a declaration to the effect that COVID¬19 poses a serious and imminent threat to public health throughout the province of Punjab has already been published in the official Gazette.
2. AND WHEREAS. 1347 deaths and 64216 positive cases till date have been reported in Province of Punjab which is detrimental to public health and it appears that the spread of COVID-19 is on continuous rise.
3. AND WHEREAS, in my opinion, there are sufficient grounds to proceed under the Punjab Infectious Diseases (Prevention and Control) Ordinance. 2020 to prevent danger to Public health in general to save human lives and cob spread of this deadly disease.
4. NOW THEREFORE, I. Captain (R) Muhammad Osman. Secretary Primary and Secondary Healthcare after approval from the Chief minister & in exercise of powers conferred under the Section 4 & 5 of the Punjab Infectious Diseases (Prevention and Control) Ordinance 2020 do hereby direct:
i. All citizens in Province of Punjab shall use face covering at all public places, during travel and conduct of any business private or official.
ii. No services shall be provided in any sort of Government or Private establishment / facility to anyone who is not using the facemask covering.
5. This order shall come into force with immediate effect and shall remain in force in the entire Province of Punjab till further orders.
