Subject: SOLIDARITY WITH KASHIMIRIES ON FRIDAY 30-08-2019

All Heads of High/Higher Schools of Secondary Wing and Elementary Schools of Elementary wing are directed to follow the following instructions regarding Solidarity with Kashmiris on Friday 30-8-2019 as per direction of Prime Minister of Pakistan.
1. All male school within City premises of each Tehsil will gather at one central school( at RYK it will be GBHS Colony) as decided by Dy.DEO (M ) of concerned
2. All students from class 6 to 12 will participate.
3. All AE0s. Teachers. Ministerial Staff and even Class iv will participate.
4. All schools will off classes at 11:30 and start moving towards venue.
5. Play cards and banners must be prepared Today.
6. After gathering at Venue all participants will demonstrate a short rally outside road of venue school.
7. This Solidarity program will end at 12:30.

IMPORTANT NOTE
I. All Female schools will also demonstrate Solidarity with Kashmiries within school premises.
2. All Male schools who are away from city will hold demonstration at one main school of their Union Council/Locality.
3. All High Schools will share pies & Report of event at “Education Activities Group”
4. All Elementary schools will share pits & Report through their AOEs in their respective whatsapp groups.
