Subject : INTERNAL AUDIT/INSPECTION OF NON SALARY BUDGET (NSB) FOR THE YEAR 2015 TO 2018 (03-YEARS)




The following committees comprising of the officers mentioned below are hereby constituted to conduct the Internal Audit / Inspection of Non Salary Budget (NSB) for the year 2015-2018 (03-years) of each school during the summer vacations. Committee No. 1 for Elementary Wing (M&F)

1. The Deputy District Education Officers (M&F) Concerned Tehsils.
2. The Assistant Education Officers (M&F) Concern. Markaz.

Committee No. 2 for Secondary Wing (M&F)

1. Tehsil Coordinators for High Schools of concerned Tehsils.
2. The Deputy District Education Officers (M&F) Concerned Tehsils.

TORs

1. Internal Audit for NSB for the year 2015 to 2018 (Three Years).
2. Completion of School Councils Karwai.
3. Completion of Record regarding NSB.
4. Awareness about utilization of Funds.
5. Quality of work done from NSB.
6. Inspection will be completed prior to 30.06.2018 and school pection
   report will be submitted to the undersigned on 30.06.2018
