Explain how deleted files can be recovered using a third-party software.
Third-party recovery software (e.g. Recuva, EaseUS Data Recovery, Disk Drill) can find files that are deleted but not yet overwritten, because deleting only removes the file’s entry while the data stays on disk until new data replaces it. Steps: 1) Stop using the drive to avoid overwriting. 2) Download and install the software on a different drive. 3) Run it and select the drive or folder to scan. 4) Start a Quick or Deep scan. 5) Preview the found files and select those you need. 6) Click Recover and save them to a different drive.
