طالب علم کے اندراج کی معلومات کے نظام سیس کی تصدیق اور اسکول کے حوالے سے معقول اساتذہ کی عدم شمولیت
جیسا کہ آپ پہلے ہی بخوبی جانتے ہیں کہ اساتذہ کی ریشنلائزیشن کے پہلے مرحلے کا بنیادی مقصد اساتذہ کو زیادہ اسٹاف والے اسکولوں سے کم اسٹاف والے اسکولوں میں منتقل کرنا ہے۔ مجاز اتھارٹی کی طرف سے یہ مشاہدہ کیا گیا ہے کہ کچھ معقول اساتذہ نے سکول انفارمیشن سسٹم کے ذریعے اپنے نئے سکولوں میں شمولیت اختیار نہیں کی۔ آپ کو اسباب فراہم کرنے کی ہدایت کی جاتی ہے کہ عقلمند اساتذہ نے اپنی نئی تعیناتی کی جگہ کیوں جوائن نہیں کی۔
اطلاع دی جاتی ہے کہ اس ہفتے میں ریشنلائزیشن کا دوسرا مرحلہ شروع کیا جائے گا۔ تمام چیف ایگزیکٹیو آفیسرز (ڈسٹرکٹ ایجوکیشن اتھارٹیز) کو ہدایت کی جاتی ہے کہ وہ بغیر کسی ناکامی کے مثبت طور پر دو دن کے اندر سیس میں اندراج کی تصدیق کے حوالے سے ہر سطح پر ہدایات جاری کریں۔
آپ کو مزید ہدایت کی جاتی ہے کہ مذکورہ بالا ہدایات پر صحیح حرف اور روح کے ساتھ عمل درآمد کو یقینی بنائیں۔
اسے اولین ترجیح کے طور پر دیا جا سکتا ہے۔

SUBJECT- VERIFICATION OF STUDENT ENROLLMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (SIS) AND STATUS NON-JOINING OF RATIONALIZED TEACHERS ON SCHOOL REGARDING
As you are already well aware that the primary objective of the 1st phase of teachers’ rationalization is to transfer teachers from over-staffed schools to under-staffed schools. It has been observed by the competent authority that some rationalized teachers did not join in their new schools through School Information System (SIS). You are directed to provide the reasons why the rationalized teachers have not joined their new place of posting.
2. It is to inform that 2nd phase of rationalization will be started in this week. All Chief Executive Officers (District Education Authorities) are directed to issue directions at all levels regarding verification of enrollment in SIS within TWO DAYS positively without fail.
3. You are hereby further directed to ensure the implementation of the above said directions in true letter and spirit.
THIS MAY BE ACCORDED AS A TOP PRIORITY.
