27 ویں ترمیم میں تکنیکی غلطی، قومی اسمبلی سے منظوری کے بعد ترمیم واپس سینیٹ جانے کا امکان

نجی ٹی وی چینل جیو نیوز کے مطابق اجلاس کا آغاز ہو چکا ہے، جس میں آج 27ویں آئینی ترمیم کو مختلف ترامیم کے ساتھ منظور کیے جانے کا امکان ہے۔
ذرائع کے مطابق 27ویں آئینی ترمیم میں سینیٹ کی منظوری کے دوران ایک تکنیکی غلطی سامنے آئی تھی، جس کے باعث قومی اسمبلی سے منظوری کے بعد یہ ترمیم دوبارہ سینیٹ کو واپس بھیجے جانے کا امکان ہے۔
ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ کل سینیٹ سے 27ویں آئینی ترمیم کی دوبارہ منظوری لی جائے گی۔
واضح رہے کہ دو روز قبل سینیٹ نے دو تہائی اکثریت سے 27ویں آئینی ترمیم کی منظوری دی تھی، جس کے تحت ملک میں ایک آئینی عدالت قائم کی جائے گی، جس میں تمام ہائیکورٹس کے ججز شامل ہوں گے۔ ترمیم کے مطابق صدرِ پاکستان کو تاحیات استثنیٰ حاصل ہوگا جبکہ آرمی چیف کا عہدہ ختم کر کے چیف آف ڈیفنس فورسز کا نیا عہدہ تشکیل دیا جائے گا۔
گزشتہ روز وفاقی وزیر قانون اعظم نذیر تارڑ نے قومی اسمبلی میں 27ویں آئینی ترمیم پیش کی تھی، جس پر حکومت اور اپوزیشن اراکین کے درمیان تفصیلی بحث بھی ہوئی تھی۔

Islamabad (Online) — The National Assembly session, chaired by Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, is currently in progress.
According to private TV channel Geo News, the session has begun, and today the 27th Constitutional Amendment is expected to be passed with certain revisions.
Sources revealed that a technical error was found in the version of the 27th Amendment earlier passed by the Senate. Due to this, after approval from the National Assembly, the amendment is likely to be sent back to the Senate for reconsideration.
According to sources, the Senate is expected to re-approve the 27th Amendment tomorrow.
It is worth mentioning that two days ago, the Senate approved the 27th Constitutional Amendment with a two-thirds majority. Under this amendment, a Constitutional Court will be established, comprising judges from all High Courts. The amendment also grants lifetime immunity to the President of Pakistan and replaces the post of Army Chief with a newly created position of Chief of Defence Forces.
Yesterday, Federal Law Minister Azam Nazeer Tarar presented the 27th Constitutional Amendment in the National Assembly, where it was debated by both government and opposition members.
