After the attacks on Iran, Pakistan deployed fighter jets near its nuclear installations

Pakistan on Friday activated its air defense system and deployed fighter jets near its nuclear facilities and the country’s border with Iran, following Israel’s strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities.
A Pakistani intelligence official told German news agency DPA that although there is no immediate threat, our systems are on high alert as a precaution.
Pakistan is the only nuclear-armed state in the Islamic world and has a long border with Iran that has several security gaps. Pakistani authorities have also increased security measures to protect the US embassy in the capital Islamabad and US diplomatic consulates in other cities amid fears of violence or protests.
