It is noted with great concern and grief that a number of complaints are being lodged on Pakistan Citizen Portal from the parents of students regarding usage of mobile phones by the teachers during classes due to which innocent students are deprived from kind attention of the respective teachers.
It is matter of serious concern that Government of the Punjab, School Education Department has already issued directions regarding eradication of mobile phone usage in the schools during duty hours especially during classes but current State of affairs as discussed above, is very alarming and showing poor administrative control of respective controlling authorities, which is culpable.
You are therefore, directed to ensure eradication of mobile phone usage by the teachers during school time especially while taking classes in the best interest of students studying therein.
