Rules for Registration / Enrollment in Class 9th 2022

- Institution needs to log on to Board’s website www.biseatd.edu.pk for enrollment through online module.
- Institution are also required to download/print enrollment and submit a hard Copy of same in registration section along with original receipt within prescribe dates.
- In case of delay, late fea will be charged. (For details or query please contact 0992-392727 during office hours).
- No Enrollment return will be accepted after 17-11-2022 in case of Regular Students. However a penalty @Rs. 30/- per day per student alongwith late fee shall be charged subject to provision of Admission Withdrawal Register upto 16-12-2022.
- Particulars of student(s) Name, Father Name. Date of Birth. Admission Number, Date of admission etc. must be on conformity with ADMISSION WITHDRAWAL REGISTER Any cutting. Overwriting, erasing and alteration in above particulars of student(s) will not be accepted. However, in case of correction in above stated particulars fee © Rs. 500/- and change of groups. subjects fee Rs 10001- per student will be charged.
- Candidates having attained the age of 14 Years would be eligible for appearing in the SSC Part-1 (9th) Annual Examination 2023. The minimum calculation level for date of birth is 31-05-2009.

- No Institution is allowed to entertain a migrating candidate under any circumstances without having original migration certificate Issued by BISE concerned.

School to School Migration (Local Migration) will not be allowed under any circumstances after 31-12-2022.

It is important to note that enrollment is allowed only once before admitting a student it must be ensured that he/she is already not enrolled with BISE Abbottabad. if a candidate is already enrolled with this Board and he/she seeks re-admission for such students, there is no need of fresh enrollment and no new enrollment number shall be allotted to the re-admitted students.

If an already enrolled student seeks admission in any other institution then, he/she must apply to the Board for Local Migration Certificate if otherwise eligible.

School Leaving Certificate (SLC) may not be issued to student seeking local migration until and unless Local Migration Is allowed by the Competent Authority of Board.
