Visit of Schools regarding Teaching of Holy Quran Dengue SOP and Security
Monitoring Wing School Education Department issued the notification to visit the Schools regarding Teaching o Holy Quran , Dengue SOPs and Security Measures of A and A-Plus Categories of Schools. All CEO DEAs will visit two Private or Public school on daily basis. Same as the DEO(SE) Will visit the all Private and Public High and Higher Secondary Schools on daily basis. DEO(EE Male and Female will visit the Public and Private Elementary Schools and Submit the report to concerned CEO DEAs. Same Dy. DEOs and AEOs will visit the Schools.

SUBJECT: VISIT OF SCHOOLS REGARDING TEACHING OF THE HOLY QURAN, DENGUE SOPS & SECURITY MEASURES OF A & A+ CATEGORY OF SCHOOLS
You are hereby directed to please ensure during the visit of school all subject cited above must be observe in public and private, PEF & PEIMA schools and the report will be submit to the DPI concerned. The District Education Officer (SE) will visit High and Higher Secondary Schools along with Private Schools and submit report to the DPI concerned through CEO(DEA). Similarly, District Education Officer (EE-Male & Female) will visit the public and private elementary schools along with PEF and PEIMA Schools and submit the report to the concerned DPI(EE) through CEO(DEA).
2. All CEOs, DEOs will visit at least 2 schools and Dy. DEOs, AEOs will visit 03 schools including public & private schools, PEF schools, PEIMA schools on daily basis from tomorrow to observe teaching of the Holy Quran (Nazra, Dengue SOPs and Security Measures. Divisional Director (SE/EE) will submit their reports to their concerned DPI. The CEOs (DEA) will submit their own visit report to DPI(SE) at email: dpisepunjab@gmall.com. The DEOs (EE-M&F), Dy. DEOs and AEOs will submit their report through their concerned CEO(DEA) to DPI(EE) at dpielementarypunjab@gmail.com. List of Divisional Director / Additional Directors is attached with their concerned district. It is further directed to submit the visit report to the DPI concerned on daily basis. Your efforts in this regard will highly be appreciated.
3. Moreover, in eleven districts of South Punjab, all Directors, Additional Directors, CEOs, DEOs and Dy. DEOs will submit report to Mr. Shoukat All Sherwani, Additional Director, Layyah through e-mail at dpisesouthpunjab@gmail.com on daily basis.
